6PLUS1® Multilevel Plasma Calibrator Set Free Metanephrines, lyophilised
For MassChrom® Free Metanephrines in Plasma in Urine with Sample Clean Up Columns or 96 SPE Well Plates.
These lyophilised calibrators from Chromsystems are based on human plasma and should be used according to the instruction manual. They are designed to calibrate the measurement method in clinical diagnostics for the quantitative determination of the free metanephrines in plasma. While following the instructions the calibrators should be handled and measured in the same manner as a patient specimen.
These calibrators are only available as multilevel calibrator set with 6 different concentration levels plus 1 blank value.

Carefully remove the rubber stopper from the vial. Add exactly 3.0 ml of distilled water into the vial. Replace the stopper and allow to sit for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature. Swirl the vial to dissolve the contents until homogeneity.
Stored at +2 to +8 °C unopened calibration standards are stable until the expiry date which is stated on the vial labels. The reconstituted calibration standards can be stored up to four weeks tightly capped and light protected at +2 to +8 °C. If the calibrators cannot be analysed within this period, they should be stored frozen below –18 °C (up to 3 months).
